Please Read Carefully before Place the Order:
1. There are 5 classic protocols between car manufacturers:
-ISO 15765-4 (named CAN and SAE J2480 also);
– K-line → ISO 14230-4 (named KWP2000 also, it include KWP FAST and KWP 5BAUD);
– K-line → ISO 9141-2
-SAE J1850 PWM (V60 doesn’t have)
-SAE J1850 VPW (V60 doesn’t have)
2. V60 OBD is integrated with ISO 15765-4 as default; and added K-line protocols ISO 15765-4 / ISO 14230-4 / ISO 9141-2 in September, 2022 (Please contact us for the latest software if your car has K-line protocols).
We keep upgrading our software all the time to improve the protocols/functions/features, and V60 supports upgrading via its included USB cable easily. When receive the order, please kindly test it on your car asap. If it’s not compatible, please contact with us with ” your car manufacture / model / year / protocol and ask for the latest software supporting asap.
3. SAE J1850 PWM and SAE J1850 VPW are very very old protocol for the old cars, General Motors mostly use this protocol. Therefore, if your car before 2004(for American Car Manufacturers) and before 2008 (for Europe / Asia Car Manufacturers), V60 is not compatible. 4. From our clients feedback, V60 OBD is not compatible with some special vehicles, eg, electric vehicle, diesel car, hybrid vehicles, pick-up, bus…and so on. If you still have questions, please contact with us before buy , and it’s better to tell us your car manufacture / model / year / protocol before buy.
5. V60 includes two chipsets OBD and GPS, although OBD may not be compatible with your car, it’s still a cool car gauge, because its GPS is universal for all vehicles and display speed, travel time, satellite time, altitude, number of satellites, driving direction, single mileage, voltage, acceleration test, brake test. also include kinds of alarms: Over-speed alarm, Low voltage alarm, Free switching between kilometers and miles.

Default working mode is OBD. If your car doesn’t have obd port or obd2 is not compatible, pls go to “set” and off OBD, it will switch GPS. GPS will work on all vehicles.

Attention:
1. If set speed unit to KM/H, the water temperature unit will automatically be℃, driving distance unit will automatically be KM, fuel conusmption unit will automatically be L/100 KM.If set speed unit to MPH, the water temperature unit will automatically be℉, driving distance unit will automatically be Mile, fuel consumption unit will automatically be MPG.
2. The default display is in OBD2+GPS dual mode at the same time, but if the car don’t have OBD2 protocol or the OBD2 protocol is incompatible, then pls go to “set” and off the OBD, it will switch to GPS working mode.
OBD2 working mode are not compatible with follow vehicles (Please switch GPS mode):
1. OBD mode can’t work well on almost 80% cars before the year 2008
2. OBD mode can’t work well on most oil and electricity mixing cars (hybrid cars), Pick up, Mini Bus…
also can’t work on some old diesel powered cars, SUV, ORV…
