We sell the tested PCMFlash / PCMTuner v1.20 (same as 1.27 – read below)  software package — a fully working, offline version that does not require online registration or license activation. Ideal for users whose newer v1.27 installs fail to register. We include free remote installation over AnyDesk if you want help getting it running, we can also install suitable drivers for your pcmtuner device or scanmatik clone.

Recent v1.27 releases have introduced stricter activation/registration mechanisms that many users report cannot be completed with clone or older dongles. Our v1.20 package is a practical solution: it is the same working PCMFlash/PCMTuner functionality most tuners need, provided in the v1.20 build which runs offline and avoids registration problems that block some users in v1.27. (In short: v1.27 often adds marketing/activation changes — v1.20 remains a widely used, operational build.)

Compatibility & notes

• J2534 passthru compatible: Works with standard J2534 devices and passthru interfaces (Scanmatik, OpenPort, etc.).

• PCMTuner hardware: Works with older PCMTuner devices bought from any seller (including many clone units) where v1.27 fails.

• Windows platform: Designed for Windows systems — we help with drivers and USB recognition during remote install.

• Bench & OBD modes: Reads and writes ECUs via OBD and many bench/boot modes supported (compatibility depends on specific ECU model and hardware interface).
